I wish I could, in good conscience, give this place ZERO STARS. Then it would be easier to get an appointment time whenever I wanted!! But I cant do that. Rachel is AMAZING! I have not gone in there ONE SINGLE TIME that I did not leave happy with my hair. I don't even have to be specific & Rachel will just......take it from there--and I am happy. Every. Single. Time. Did i say "Every single time" yet? So...... you can save, LITERALLY, a few dollars and go to Super cuts, or Great Cuts (whatever it's called).. .....ORRRR......spend a few dollars more & make an appointment at Shear Attraction where you'll find your hair stylist that you will travel from another state to go see. Keep it up Ladies! YallY are doing an amazing job!!!

I went in for a color cut style and had an appointment. The stylist I was booked with never showed she was doing someone else a favor and after waiting an hour I left. I was also 15 mins early so that I could have a proper consultation. To me customer service is very important Also nobody greeted me after waiting for 5 mins.
