His & Hers Nailbar & Spa

So I wanted to start off by saying that this new salon is very clean, beautiful and the people working are very nice..but I’m going to have to give it two stars.. The courtesy that they showed is the only reason why I’m not giving them two and not one. So I went in a couple days ago to get an Acrylic fill for myself gel fill for my daughter and ended up deciding to get a pedicure as well. First things first I was told that it would be $120 at the start of the service it ended up being 171, and the prices that are in their system were not accurate. I was given a $12 refund which is what I gave as a tip. The entire situation ended up being extremely uncomfortable because all of the nail techs were hovering around and watching and looking to the point where even the manager Ken said that they

The nails were great but that’s not even the best part. The customer service was excellent and the price was good. The owner was very involved and was able to fit me in very quickly. I will say I’m already loyal to my girl at another salon but this will always be my next go to place when needed. I will definitely be back !!

I want to start off by saying that it has been very sad to see locals leave negative reviews at this new establishment. This is an American owned business that always gives back to the community with donations, supporting teachers, nurses, and very patient with the care children with autism. I have read some of these reviews and quite frankly I’m sure most of the customers that left a negative review never went back to the business to support all bc of a a little imperfection on the nail. Who cares! The owners are very sweet, The staff is truly amazing. This is what Springfield needs. I have been in this area for quite sometime and what I can tell you is that they are fair with prices, which anre the cheapest in town unlike pooler where is twice as much and they never have bad attitudes.

My experience was wonderful, first time going, I love that the staff was able to joke around, I love how polite everyone was, and i will say they know what they are doing!! Look at how the nails turned out! I went in with a picture and she said let’s do it! #1 asked if I wanted the same shape, I said yes!!! SHE DID THE SHAPE I WANTED!! She didn’t file down to make them more dull she listened, first nail salon I’ve gone to that actually listened to what I wanted!! Absolutely amazing!! I didn’t get her name but she did the damn thing and I’ll be back!

Nikki did my pedicure and did absolutely amazing!! She was super personable and sweet! I explained to her I am a house cleaner and work on my feet ALL day and she made sure to do a great job to help me get my feet relaxed and ready for my next job!!! I couldn’t have asked for a better nail tech. Yall definitely need to be asking for Nikki when you go!!
