Im not sure where to even start. The older lady was the only one working that day and she butchered my hair and cut it at least a whole 5 inches shorter than I asked her to. I gave clear instructions I wanted it at about my upper breast. Tell me why it BARELY touches my shoulders. She practically gave me a fancy Bob cut. If your of a younger generation I highly dont recommend going with the older lady. The younger one cut my hair before and it looked good. That was about 5 years ago tho. Also I dont have a babysitter so I had my 1 month old and my 1 year old. They were both behaving just fine and the lady acted like my 1 year old was the Tasmanian devil. Then she said I shouldn't have my 1 month old out because covid is back and my baby would die if he got it. Like lady keep your opinions

Such great customer service. My first time in the salon and Brittany was such a pleasure. Gave me exactly what I asked for even tho I didn’t really know what I was talking about.!! 10/10
