His & Hers Hair & Nail Salon

We were there over 3 hours. I noticed that this business is not sanitary. They have customers sit down in one chair and then move to another without using any sanitation. The nail person I had rushed through my service. A second coat of nail polish should have been added before placing the top coat. The nails are not even. The colors chosen for my 6 year old were not applied. We asked for a green and a light pink. She ended up with blue and bright pink. My older daughter's pedicure took twice as long as my 6 year old. According to my daughters, the 6 year old only had her feet soaked for about 5 minutes. They clipped her nails, applied the polish, and sent her on her way. No massage or any other service. They charged $45 for her pedicure, which was the same amount charged for my older

I got my nails done after several years of not doing it, I came back to his and hers because they were so great before. They've changed. My nails suck. They weren't shaped, they weren't filed down properly, they're ugly. I want my money back.

so basically, i asked for pink cheetah nails and they said yes. then they started cutting my cuticles which hurt so bad and gave me a infection a few days after with a fungal infection on my nails with pus coming out of my cuticles. they gave me the UGLIEST nails you could think of and this is outrageous!!! the first one is what i asked for and the ugly one is what they gave me..

The worst. They don’t care about customer service you can’t request a person bc they already know most of their people are not good so that’s how they keep it “fair”. They don’t charge everyone the same prices they charge you what they feel. Most of the people don’t speak or understand good english

They were friendly and speedy! I just loved my nails!! Idk why I haven't gone here before... Next time I will have a pedicure.. today was a busy day and I didn't have time for it, bit for sure next time I will come back and try it out!
