Owner is very rude went in today i touched a wig he had an attitude because i didn’t notice the Do not touch sign! and scolded me while I was holding my 9 month old baby. Turned back around to yell at me and asked me if I said something smart and scolded me again!! It’s my first time seeing his lil tiny self I’m new to the area but the guy to the front was always nice. It’s definitely my last time going because that’s how ppl get hurt. You have give respect to get respect!

Very rude customer service experience. Asian lady with grey hair was completely rude. I decided to take my business elsewhere. If I could have given them zero stars it would have been more fitting. Customers are Not appreciated here.

The Owner accused me of taking photographs of their ugly wigs. That I would not want to see in my phone every time I go to photos he was not rude about it but seem agitated by something that wasn’t even being done. My mother and I proceeded to exiting the store never to return. It’s not cleanly and the smell is nausea initiating and they greeted us upon entering but it seemed not genuine and even so far as forced. They didn’t even have a large selection not worth people’s time energy money and gas. Thank u much.

HORRIBLE experience. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL owner. As I shopped, my 11 year old daughter walked around the store using her cell phone. The owner yelled out at her to not take pictures in the store. I overheard and stepped in to inform him that she was not taking pictures of his merchandise as he wrongfully accused her. The store smells like spoiled grits and mold, and the wigs look like dead racoon fur; so who would want to capture that? I then politely placed every single item I had in my arms back on the shelves and we left out of the store. I will NOT return to this store. Let's spend our money somehere better where we are valued as humans and paying customers.

Owner is very very rude! I accidentally knocked some makeup off the shelf. When I started to pick it up she had a very rude attitude with me. She snatched the products out my hand after I said I was going to pick it up! I had both my small children with me. She started yelling at me when I told her that she didn’t have to handle me that way. Her eyes also never stopped looking at me the entire time I was shopping. My son is traumatized from the aggressive behavior . Every time we pass by he brings that situation back up. I will never give them my business again!
