Went in to get color with highlights/ root cover. Well I set there with product on my hair, Sara left to Go home to check on her and someone else kids , my hair is fried, looked good when straight down, I pulled My hair up to was face, Roots not covered at all. Now I'm ashamed to go anywhere with the frizzy dried out hair 😭 She had to ask Ashley how to put toner in, U don't have to be a professional too know that toner does not gets mixed in with the shampoo. HELLO Now I have a fried ugly mess I just ordered a wig
Came in for a haircut the day before, and the lady was scared to do a fade. So she sets up an appointment for the next day with someone else. Whatever... Well I come back in, and they still refuse to cut my hair and tell me to come back the next day. I'm not coming back.
Ashley is amazing!!! Love her
