I had such a wonderful experience at Hiraya Aesthetics and Wellness! I haven’t had tox injection for years as I always felt so intimidated with med spas at times, but from the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt cozy, clean, and so comfortable. Ysobel (RN Injector) was absolutely amazing — she was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. She explained everything clearly and was so gentle during the injections. I had a ton of questions and she answered each of them patiently. Ysobel made thoughtful recommendations without ever making me feel pressured. The pain was little to none, which I really appreciated. She even offered to do retouch if I’m not satisfied with the results which I highly doubt that’s ever happening. I got my first MIC B12 shot at Hiraya Aesthetics and Wellness and had such a great experience! The entire staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The nurse—who is also the owner—did an amazing job. She was gentle, knowledgeable, and definitely not heavy-handed, which made the whole process smooth and comfortable.

I really admire Ysobel's positivity, demeanor and therapeutic approach to all of her clients.
