Hippie Chick Hairapy

I found Amy through Groupon. That was in January of 2025. I made several more appointments with Amy. No issues. Until May 2025. Amy was having back issues and was to limit her activities. Our appointment for that day was cancelled, understandably. I waited until August and contacted Amy again to ask if her doctor was allowing her to resume cutting hair. Yes, so I made an appointment for the following week. The day of the appointment, she was a no show. I waited, sent text message; no response. I waited for something from her for several weeks. I thought perhaps she had an emergency. But that was over 5 weeks ago. No explanation, no apology; just no communication. That is unprofessional to say the least.

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. We made an appointment 6 weeks out. The morning of my wife's appointment Amy left a text while we were on our way 30 minutes prior. She stated she had a compound fracture in her spine? We waited 30 more minutes for anyone else to show up since we paid $50 using Groupon, so we have no recourse for a refund. I hope Amy enjoys the free $50 she got us for. We will NEVER do business with this scam again.
