H.I.P. Salon and Spa

Had a GREAT experience with Trinity! She cut my girls hair and did a wonderful job on mine. Wanted colors but not sure which ones and she did awesome picking them out!!!

I have been having my hair cut, previously highlighted etc for over 10 years but have never left a review and feel I should because I think it’s important to let people know when they’re doing a wonderful job. In the years I’ve been going to HIP I have never experienced anything but exceptional service. From receptionist for scheduling, or leaving messages, or answering my questions etc to my stylist who has always done a great job. Everyone goes above and beyond. The atmosphere is very pleasant, I never have to wait. It’s all been exceptional, I’d highly recommend HIP to anyone. Thank you all for doing an awesome job!! Joanne

Had a fantastic experience with Megan Waltman. Professional, kind, funny, and helpful! When I needed help getting out of the chair due to my recent surgery, she was understanding and more than ready to lend a hand! Not to mention, she gave me a fantastic cut and listened to all of my wants when it came to what cut I had in mind. Finally, it was a great price for cut, wash, and style. I'll be coming back, for sure!

All they did was trim the very bottom of my hair. I was hoping for a more detailed cut for $60.

Called and was given a 9:45 appointment time. I arrived early, was checked in. At 10:00 the stylist I was was booked with came over to tell me she wasn't sure who booked my appointment, but she wasn't going to be able to do my cut today as she now only had 15 minutes before her next appointment. I was given the usual customer service "I'm sorry". Not overly impressed with the whole situation can definitely understand the things happen but I would definitely recommend better calendar management from somebody.
