I have been a customer for almost a year now. Customer service comes first for me and I give them A1 rating. My stylist is very understanding, great work, and I trust her when it comes to my hair care. The shop has always provided a friendly environment. I love they have a barber side and a salon side. I recommend this shop to anyone who cares about Great work and Great customer service!

I've been getting my haircut there for over 8+ years. About 2 year's ago, my original barber moved up North. I asked Claude to cut my hair. For a long time, I'd seen the quality of his work and secretly hoped I'd be able to have him as my barber one day. It worked out. He's an outstanding barber who gives me what I ask for to such an extent that I get compliments on my haircut from so very many friends . I usually go on not-to- busy mornings such as Tues or Wed. Go see Claude !

Naiomi did a good job styling my hair. But she burned behind my ear pretty bad with the relaxer, she also waited until she began cutting my hair to up the price after we had discussed the piece and the texture of my hair prior to the visit. Customer service was also not good .

I've been going to Hip Hop barbershop for about a year now. Claude is the only person who I let cut my hair here in Florida. Sami braids my hair in between grow outs 👍🏿💯

Found Ms. Tisha on fB market place. Messages her to see if she was available to do mine and my daughters hair. She said yes. Asked me what time. I told her 2:30. She said perfect. I left work EARLY to go buy what she told me to buy. Hair and gel. As I was in the hair store she texts me saying come at 3:30. Ok fine not a problem. I get there at 3:10 because I don’t like to be late to anything. As I’m there she’s doing someone’s hair. Ok that fine. Time passes. She comes up to me and my daughter. “Sorry but there’s been a little mishap with the time she tells me “oh so is it just her hair? I said ummm no it’s for the both of us. Like you said $150 for the both of us. She says ok let me call someone to come help me braid bc it’s going to take a while. Ok. I said fine. It’s 4:00 still nothing.
