My girlfriend and I came in for cryotherapy facials and toning. It was my first time doing it. It was very relaxing and took just over an hour. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent as expected! Ryan is a top of the line professional. Whether you go to him on a regular basis or pop-in for a massage after a year long hiatus he knows exactly what to do and how to do it. No matter what length or type of massage you book I guarantee you Ryan will have you feeling like a different person when you are done. Everyone who works here is super friendly. They treat you like family from the time you arrive. 10/10 every time and this trip was just as good and was well needed when I went. I have been going here for about 4 years and Its worth the drive every time even now that I live 2 hours away.

The place itself was very nice, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Appointment scheduling and check-in were smooth and well organized. Unfortunately, I booked a deep tissue massage and the pressure was very light, more like a Swedish massage. I did ask for more pressure during the session, but it didn’t change. Overall, a pleasant environment, but the massage was not what I expected for deep tissue.

It was a Christmas gift from my son and his wife to come here for a spa day. Best Christmas present ever. I had a massage, full body and also a foot massage and 20 minutes in the salt room. Amazing day and Ryan is a superb massage therapist. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is very appealing. So yes, I do recommend highly

Christy was great! Made me feel welcome from the very start. Being a plus size girl I was afraid of being judged about my size. She made me feel like it was absolutely no issue. The massage was great and I would definitely request her on my next visit.
