I have been seeing Amy for quite a while now and she is absolutely fabulous! Years of working at a desk has done a number on my neck and shoulders, where all my tension goes. I was initially receiving chiropractic care and it just wasn't helping much with the muscle pain. Finding Amy has been such a blessing! Through her therapeutic massage and cupping techniques, I finally have relief. She is hands-down the best therapist I have ever worked with! Highly recommend.

I have never been to a massage therapist and was kind of apprehensive about it because it’s an up close personal kind of thing. I had heard about Amy through a friend and decided to give it a try. It was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Everything was great, from scheduling an appointment all the way through to the massage. Amy immediately sent me an email after I booked my first appointment explaining what to expect and letting me know to be on the look out a couple days before my appointment for an email with a questionnaire asking about my health and what issues I’m having. I had some anxiety when I went for my initial appointment but that all went away when I met Amy. She was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable. I've been seeing Amy Hilton for regular massages for about 1.5 years. I've understood the value of regular massage for about 25 years so it didn't take me long to realize that Amy is an exceptional massage therapist. I have chronic pain issues due to an old injury and lupus. Amy listens carefully to what my problem areas are before she starts & customizes the treatment to my needs. After a full knee replacement last year (with my surgeon's full support) Amy used both massage & cupping, & my quick recovery surprised my surgeon, physical therapist, & me. I'm so grateful for the services I get from her. She's an integral part of my overall health care.
