Hills-N-Park Barbers

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this barbershop. From the moment I walked in, l was met with rude and dismissive behavior. As a woman, I was treated like an inconvenience rather than a customer, and the attitude felt openly sexist. Instead of being professional or welcoming, staff were condescending and uninterested in providing service, as if women didn't belong in the space. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially in a business that relies on customer service. My first experience was no much better as I was blatantly told I was a difficult customer on my first visit to this shop. I would not recommend this shop to anyone looking for a respectful or inclusive environment.

Ronnie was top notch! All I told him was - "low fade", and he gave me an exceptional haircut that my wife and everyone else seems to love. The shop is conveniently located, and well kept. Felt like I was back home in Jamaica at a professional barbershop.

Skillful barbers, not doubt, but the wait is excruciating. From late openings to the amount of people who go there making every trip a 3hr ordeal easily. If you don’t mind the long wait, then the cut will be top tier.

i would like to say they are amazing at haircuts and did amazing with the customers b4 me, I got a taper and shaped up my undercut AMAZING I SAY, the only problem was the wait time, and i waited 2 hours so i do recommend making an appointment

I had a very bad experience at Hills n Park. When I sat in the chair, I tried showing the barber a picture of the style I wanted. He immediately started complaining that I am wasting his time and costing him money. He did not follow directions. When I tried showing him the picture again, he accuses me of starting trouble with him and says he has been cutting hair since he was 14. A customer came in asking how long till she is seen, he tells her I'm causing trouble. He was disrespecting me and bad mouthing me to another customer while I was sitting in his chair. I didn't want to argue any longer and I had to get ready for work, so I left very dissatisfied with his lack of following directions and with my botched up haircut. He still asked that I am full price. He did not attempt to make it
