She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and clearly passionate about what she does. The facial was the best I’ve ever experienced — my skin felt refreshed, glowing, and noticeably healthier immediately after. Dianne takes the time to understand your skin’s needs and customizes everything, which makes a huge difference. The space is warm, relaxing, and beautifully maintained, making the entire experience feel luxurious and calming. I can’t recommend Hill House Skin Renaissance enough. Hidden gem spa in McDonough! I’ve had several facials but this one was by far the best. Christi is amazing! The atmosphere in the spa is so relaxing, I will definitely be back!

Dianne and her team provide the most beautiful and relaxing experiences here at Hillhouse. Cardy at the front desk is kind and a delight to interact with. Dianne and her team give wonderful facials, brow work and treatments. I have been coming to see Dianne and her staff for years, even driving 2 hours now to enjoy her superb facials and massages.
