I was in town on vacation and my neck and back were tight and hurting from the long trip. I've had hundreds of massages over the past thirty years and Hillary was one of best. She listened to my issues. Discussed options and was very clear with what the therapy entailed. I greatly appreciated that she was able to get me in on short notice and was able to relieve my pain.

I have severe arthritis and degenerative disk disease in my neck, right shoulder, lower back, and knees with eight related surgeries. I was having severe pain running down my right arm for about a year; then my smaller two fingers started going numb. The pain and numbness in my right arm was completely gone in three visits with Hilary and has not returned. . My family doctor and the pain management specialist have prescribed pain medications for the past 15 years. The pain management specialist sent me to a physical therapist for myofacial release for my lower back and it helped very much.. This physical therapist was in west Omaha and he only worked on my back, which did nothing for my other areas of pain. This has reduced the amount of pain medications needed and I believe I can do

Hilary is amazing! I showed up with a migraine along with muscles that were screaming for release. She worked her magic and I left tension and migraine free.
