Mary is the best hairstylist!! I have been going to her for years now. She colors and cuts my hair perfectly every time. She also cuts my husband and 5 year old son's hair. She even bought a special clipper to buzz my son's hair to make sure it wasn't too loud for him. He finally doesn't cry while getting his hair cut. She is the best!

Mary is the first hair stylist I found who could cut long layers into my fine hair without making it look choppy. I found her while I was in college around 20 years ago, and though I’ve long since moved from the area, I still stop in for a haircut when we’re back in the Philly area. Mary always makes time for me for whatever day and time we’ll be there, regardless of how full her schedule is. This last time, she was staying after her normal closing time on a Saturday, and we were running a bit late (we live 5 hours away), and she was still ok with waiting for us to get there! She cut my hair, and also my 7 year old daughter’s hair, and was in no rush to get us out the door. She is truly caring, and always takes time to listen to what you want, then expertly executes it. Mary is the best! I've been going to see her for over 18 years now and I would have no other hairdresser. As long as you give her an idea/style and desired length, she'll take care of the rest. Great location, great haircut, great value!

Mary Hight runs a wonderful hair styling salon with a small-town feel. If you are tired of going to large salons (expensive or cheap) where they don't even remember you from visit to visit, or what services you prefer, then Hight's is the place for you. She's warm and caring to her customers, her prices are great and her hours are excellent as she'll do her best to accommodate you. Mary and her shop are a fixture in our community and we're lucky to have her here.
