High Volume Salon

Had an amazing experience at High Volume Salon with Missy. She was incredibly professional. I was nervous as it was my first time getting extensions. She made me feel very comfortable. She was knowledgeable, walked me through the steps, and how to care of my new hair. I am very impressed and love my new hair!!!

I’m very happy with the service I received. I previously went to another salon, and they didn’t do my hair right. This was right before a wedding that I’ll be in, and I was panicking. Lacey was able to get me in within a couple days and fixed it up beautifully. I’ll be a repeat client for sure! The salon itself is beautiful and very clean, and Lacey answered all my questions.

Have used Missy and Samantha here over the past 3 years and have been happy with the service. I recently tried to get in for an appointment and left 2 messages with no call back. On my 3rd call, I was scheduled several days later with Lacey. My first impression of the salon was that for being in the morning, the floors were very dirty. Lacey literally took less than 10 minutes for my haircut. She did not double check any of her layers so my haircut is uneven. I brought a picture and the cut looks nothing like it. She was so busy visiting with others in the salon, even leaving me at one point to look at a picture on someone’s phone - so unprofessional. Did not style my hair-just told me how to do it. Used bathroom on my way out, floor, sink and toilet were all dirty and trashcan was full.

Sam is amazing!!!!! My hair was perfect exactly at I always wanted it, I actually cried when I was down my hair, it was absolutely beautiful. Sam is very magical and makes sure of exactly what YOU want before beginning the process. I will be back!!!! Thank you Sam you truly are amazing.

My daughter who is 16, came in last week for a haircut and highlights. She spent 165$ for highlights you can not even see. She sat there for 2 1/2 almost 3 hrs. We will not be bringing her back here. Only good thing the stylist was super sweet with it being her first salon experience on her own as a young adult.
