High Spa

This is the second time this has happened to me. I called today the guy who answered the phone said they were not busy at all to come right in. I live 5 minutes away. When I arrived the woman behind the desk said she had no available appointments. I told her I previously called and was told to come right in. She said someone called after I called. I said then why didn’t you tell that person you couldn’t take them since I called first. She didn’t have an answer. This happened previously before and I thought nothing of it. When I had an appointment they made me pay before I had the service which again I was taken back usually you pay after the service and tip accordingly. I told the woman at the desk today I wouldn’t want her to do my massage anyway as I didn’t feel welcomed. I will not be c
