High Level Beauty Salon

I visited this salon on January 2nd 2026 for eyebrows and upper lip waxing. UNFORTUNATELY, my experience was not positive. The technician applied the wax too harshly, causing bleeding and a significant amount of discomfort. Additionally, some of my hair was accidentally removed from my head, and my eyebrows were not trimmed properly until I had to ask. Despite the poor experience, I was still charged $15 for the service, on top of the $2 tip SHE CHARGED HERSELF, which adds to my frustration. I hope that the salon takes these issues seriously and improves its customer care in the future.

I recently visited this salon for a haircut and dye, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. My haircut was uneven and lacked symmetry, and the dye caused a painful burn on my scalp. What made it worse was the lack of accountability and the absence of any apology. The staff was rude and unprofessional, and I was overcharged for the services. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere, as this salon failed to provide quality care and customer service.

Literally can't even stomach writing this. The women that work in this salon are one of the most rudest disgusting people I have ever encountered. My moms handicapped and they laughed at each other about her walking with the canes. I work with all different kinds of people . I own a public relations firm . Celebrities vendors influencers everybody . Never have I witness such disgusting behavior from grown women in my life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS .

Never coming back again. I have never experienced something so distasteful before. Nobody has manners, or cared about what I had to say. One star. No star.

If you have a special event to attend like a wedding I don’t suggest going here. I showed Daysi multiple pictures and videos of what I was looking for. I also went in with fresh, clean, washed hair so she didn’t have to spend as much time on my hair. I had a wedding to attend so I needed to be out of there as soon as possible. She said she could do the hairstyle, etc. at first I had a wonderful lady blow drying my hair and she seemed to be great, she then had me go to Daysi to complete my hairdo. It was absolutely horrible. I ended up doing my own hair in her chair. She don’t do my hair and still charged me. They don’t care and they don’t do American Caucasian hair well at all.
