Went in for two hair cuts came out with mine and my daughters hair chopped up and way shorter than we had asked for..

Poor customer service. Called prior to coming about prices and when I got there nobody knew what I was talking about. Asked for a hair trim and shampoo, the lady couldn't figure out how to cut my hair straight and kept getting different layers. She told me that's the best she can do and said that'll be $20. I guess she was too busy to give me a shampoo with her and her coworker being the only ones in there. Also while my hair was being trimmed, a customer came in and said she had an appointment and the lady said she's not in and will be back in an hour. The customer repeated that she had an appointment and the lady continued to tell her that there's nothing she can do, but you can come back in an hour. Horrible customer service. Chrissy is the best. I have been with her a number of years now. I am always happy with what she does to my hair. She is very accommodating and enjoyable to talk to.

My sister brings her mother-in-law here once a week. The ladies give her, her much needed sociable interaction. They do a good job and seem like they care alot.

Been getting my hair done by. Casandra several years now. Many family and friends go to her now ie., coming from out of town even have a friend that drives in from Texas just to have Casandra do her hair. She is very meticulous, up on all the new techniques and styles. Not only wonderful cutting all types of hair but also highlights, color, etc. When you are getting your hair done you have her complete attention. Casandra is always pleasant. Even though I only use Casandra the other Stylists are busy also. It's a great atmosphere! When you leave you not only feel like a million dollars you look like it too! Prices are reasonable and comparable!!!
