I had an amazing experience shopping at Hidden Secret Wigs! As someone with naturally curly hair, finding extensions that match my texture and look natural can be tough—but these were absolutely perfect. The curls blended seamlessly, and the quality of the hair is incredible—soft, full, and so easy to style. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Jackie, who made the entire experience top-tier. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and patient, and truly went above and beyond to help me find the perfect match. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and knows her stuff. I am writing this in hopes of preventing anyone else from getting swindeled by Jackie Brandsen. On 1/28/25 I went to Hidden Secrets Wigs for a topper hair piece and was asked to put my name,address and number on a form. I was not informed that it stated their no exchange or return policy on it as she took the paper as soon as I signed it. Then she put a hairpiece on me that I said looked like it had been thinned by an amateur because of all the little cut hairs sticking out. She assured me that would not show when she washed it. I wasn’t sure of the color and tried to go by a window because it was not well lit in the store. She kept saying how wonderful it looked and that I would be so happy with it. She said it was $1,200 but I looked at my receipt later and she changed me $1,400. She al

The workers at Hidden Secrets Wigs were wonderful. They were so kind, helpful, and empathetic to my friend’s situation. I love that the owner has the business as appointment only. This provided my friend the privacy they needed while shopping and getting fitted into wigs. The shop itself is gorgeous and is located in a very convenient location. As someone who has visited many wig shops, I would highly recommend coming here as they prioritize the customers comfort over convenience.

Hidden Secrets Wigs is the best! It is definitely worth the drive. I drove a half hour one-way on three occasions. Deb and Sharon couldn't have been more accommodating. They instilled confidence in me in anticipation of losing my hair during chemotherapy. As my husband said, " These women knocked my wig out of the park. " Cheryl
