I got my hair done a couple of weeks ago and I did not have a good experience. I read really good reviews for this place and I was so sad when it didn't work out for me. 1. The stylist didn't speak to me the entire time other than to ask what I wanted. 2. My hair was brushed EXTREMELY hard. It felt like my hair was being ripped from my head. 3. My hair felt like hay.. didn't even ask if I wanted a trim (I feel like this is usually a norm for them to ask at a hair appointment) 4. My hair was still damp when I left the chair. Now I chose not to get my hair styled, but it could've at least been dried fully. 5. My hair looked horrendous. The "highlights" were chunky. Some pieces of hair were orange, some yellow, some red. I literally dyed it next day. This place was really nice on the inside.

I got my first Brazilian Waxing from McKayla! I was very nervous about booking it but she made me very comfortable about my booking. Even the day of she talked me through it and made sure my worries were laid to rest by answering any questions I needed. Apart from doing her job exceptionally, one of her main concerns is to make sure you are COMFORTABLE and HAPPY with your service. She truly cares for her clients and for that, I will be back. It was an immediate warm welcoming when I arrived. My hairstylist was Katelyn. And she did absolutely amazing. She was super friendly and did exactly what I wanted. 10/10 would definitely go back!

For the longest of time ive struggled with getting my hair any other color than its natural. Im a red head so for those of you who know how hard it is to color hair with that being your natural, you know. I was on the verge of giving up and researched this salon and ended up scheduling an appointment with this stylist who goes by the name "Brea." She was straightforward, helped me figure out what I wanted and what looks best. Being patient when I was clueless and helped me get my hair to a different color and its stuck! She's truthful and very informative. Highly recommend this place and for those who have a problem wirh getting color to stick, look for the woman with black and red hair. Scottlynn did an amazing job on my hair! Im a natural blonde that decided to go red about six months ago. The person who colored my hair at a different location didn’t really give me the color I was looking for. When I booked with Scottlynn I originally was trying to go back to blonde completely. But due to the damage it would’ve caused we decided to do heavy highlights and I am so in love with my hair. It’s so cute. No damage. She is my new go to girl and I am looking forward to future appointments!!
