My 1 year old daughter got a haircut from Richell. I the mother was told my daughter would get her free first time haircut. I had recently had my hair dyed and did a Brazilian blowout by the same person. Richell refused to wash my hair in the past so I washed my hair ahead of time this time around. I was charged $350.00 for the dye and the blowout. During this time I was promised my daughter would have a free first time hair cut. I brought my daughter in and after the session was charged $20 for my daughter hair cut. I rarely make reviews like this and I don't like to be rude unless it was degrading my children and family. I got a nice haircut here. I needed them to fix the awful buzzcut I gave myself in the mirror. There wasn't much to work with and I had an important meeting coming up. Hidden Beauty fixed me up and saved me from horrible embarrassment. Thank you!

I’ve never left a review like this. I’m certainly lost for words. Laura asked me what I would like done I said I would like it a little more light and dark highlights and a little less brassy. As I was looking for a picture to show her she got very upset telling me I was too picky. pretty much tore the apron and towel off of me and told me to go. She wasn’t doing my hair anymore. I’ve never been treated this way by any beautician and I think therapy might help. Who treats their customers this way?

It's amazing! All of them make you feel at home! I've been with them for years, and no matter where I live I always come back and get my hair done with my girl Rachelle! I'm a grad student who will go out of my way to come get my hair and nails done here!! The prices are reasonable, and walk-ins are always welcome! Come support these guys!!

I had an appt with Richell a couple weeks ago and I was amazed buy her knowledge and pure kindness and she listened to my needs. She's an angel. After calling several ( 16 ) salons she was the only one who called back. After seeing her picures of her work I was sold and felt at ease. Everyone were so great and friendly. She's my knew hairdresser who can't retire EVER !!!! 😊
