Horrible experience!!!! Owner, Fatima did not listen to color nor match photos shown. Hair is 3 different colors With crown totally darker for 5 inches then blotched. Refused to apologies or take responsibility for the mistake. She obviously mixed colors wrong as it is grey and olive undertones. I wanted a natural golden blonde. Not ashy nor brassy which after a week is how it looks now. She rushes. She takes too many clients at one time and it shows in her very sloppy work -which is expensive!! Don’t go!! Now I have to have the color corrected by someone else but I must wait as not to damage my hair more

I initially came to the salon for root highlights and toning for the rest of my hair, paying $125 for shoulder-length hair. Unfortunately, I left with abrupt, choppy roots and a harsh line of demarcation, along with brassiness that became apparent in better lighting at home. After providing feedback, the stylist addressed the issue by applying a toner at the roots, which temporarily improved the situation. However, the toner faded in just a week, and the harsh lines, orange tones, and poorly lifted color have returned. The only solution now is to go elsewhere for a costly correction. This disappointing experience reflects a lack of fundamental highlighting techniques—such as teasing and properly feathering the bleach to achieve a natural blend. The rushed process could have been avoided

Fatima was amazing. I am so scared to go to anyone because my mom is a hairstylist and always knew how to handle my hair. My hair is thin and I have a lot of colic’s . I also love more of a shaggy razor cut which most people are afraid to do. She is amazing I will be back and I am bringing my daughter next week.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Fatima! Absolutely great experience and beautiful butterfly haircut for my 10 yrs old daughter. She took all the time to make sure my daughter is happy with the result 😊

My daughter and son loved there haircuts ❤️ Fatima is amazing. Last few hairstylist I have taken them to they didn’t like but as soon as Fatima was done I knew we found a good one and all three of us will be retuning to her
