What a rip - price gouging. I had one small mark frozen off my belly - which I told her "if she wanted, she could take it off". They never discussed pricing and they sent me a bill for $309 for her to spray it with a can of stuff which took about 5 seconds. I tried contesting it but because my insurance covered a few other things, they refused to lower the price for me so I could at least get a self pay discount. Never again. Not to mention the bedside manner of Elizabeth Robinson - I seemed to be nothing but a bother to her. (That being said, everyone has bad days - I wouldn't even have written this if not for the $300 bill I received). Thankfully, the nurse I had was more than kind. I DO NOT recommend this place.

I don’t typically leave reviews unless it’s a great experience but if you are looking for a dermatologist and get Dr. Torrentine, be aware of a cold introduction, cold interaction and very little information. I was diagnosed with Rosacea and was given 3 option, two different topicals and then laser treatment. I wanted to do the laser treatment and the topical. He said okay and that was it and was going to go out the door. I had to initiate the questions on pricing, how many sessions, pain tolerance. Any info at all on what the laser treatment intel's all while he still had his hand on the door. The whole process felt very rushed and uninformative. I completely understand if they have several doctors out and they are busy but this is my appointment, my time and a 60$ copay down the drain. I

Both my wife and myself scheduled appointments 7 months in advance for December. They canceled mine for no reason and wanted to reschedule. I said no. My wife’s was today. Apparently they had canceled hers as well and didn’t inform her. We showed up and they said they would work her in the next hour. Fifteen minutes later they want to wait another hour. We declined. Then they acted offended because we didn’t schedule another day. We’ll be looking for another dermatologist. Cancelling mine and hers 6 months in advance just means the doctor didn’t want to work.

My first appointment, I came in, waited about two minutes, and fifteen minutes later, my treatment was over. I can’t believe how simple it was! If I knew treatment was so easy, I would have done this years ago. If you’re on the fence, make the appointment. These doctors and staff are incredible.
