I had an entire day the spa and my first facial everything was amazing! The women were so friendly and sweet. I love that you're able to use the sauna and steam room too. My only complaint is that it hasn't even been a week and my gel polish manicure chipped so for the price it was alittle disappointing

The entire atmosphere was blissful, friendly & relaxing. I got a facial with Deb, she's a true professional with decades of experience. I've had many facials over the years, hers was definitely one of the best. Included a nice scalp & shoulder massage & hand treatment. Just lovely! I also got a full body massage with Haley. She did a very good job, concentrated on my neck & shoulders as I asked, and just the right amount of pressure. A wonderful way to end my Myrtle Beach vacation!

We had a wonderful day here. Started with Mary greeting us and explaining how things work. We had a great workout, off to the sauna and showers before fantastic massages. The amenities included for a spa treatment were wonderful. It was one day get-a-way treat.

The sauna and steam room are great. But I have been trying for almost three different days to make a booking for a massage and it is impossible to get someone on the phone to book it. There is no way to just book online either. So I have been playing phone tag with the front desk. I wish they would actually answer the phone as I’ve called multiple times for each three days. It’s very very frustrating and at this point I’m just going to book my massage somewhere else.

Go somewhere else. I will never purchase another service from Hibiscus Spa. I purchased a spa package for my daughter and wife. I spoke directly with Sara the Manager and got the prices with both including the gratuity. When leaving today, she owed an additional $200 over the amount of what Sara said. I am not including the ear rings she bought while there. When I called back and spoke directly with Sara, she said to me “well she signed the bill” so she must have been ok with it.” My wife said that she was never told of the “additional charges” for the pedicure and Sara never told me anything about it on the phone when I called to book. Sara called my wife a liar. Sara told me that she told her at check in, but unfortunately they have video, but the sound is turned off so she can’t prove t
