Hi Tech Nails

Helen is my favorite of all time! For 25 years I have never been completely satisfied with my nails. Now I LOVE them! They make my hands look prettier, this is a first. I will only go to Helen from now on. Great pedicures too, I go to everybody for these. Thank you Helen and Hi Tech Nails! <3

Beautifully done Gel manicure. $30bucks. Thorough and well done! I was a few doors down doing laundry and hesitated to come here because of the low ratings but decided to give it a go. I was not at all disappointed. On a Wednesday around 4 ish. I would definitely come here again if I’m in the area. P.s I see now, there were only two people reviewing this before me.

Dip Fill. I prefer my nails short, but enjoy having a Dip Fill with just a little sparkle. Helen always does a great job

I hadn’t been to high tech nails in Concord over a year. I went today and got a pedicure and asked for white polish. After the service was completed I asked the cost? She said $50! I was shocked and asked for what? She said for the jell. I never asked for the jell. The technician said that’s what I had the last time. That’s a lie. So she assumed that was what I wanted. Mind you, the last time I was there she didn’t do my pedicure nor did I have the jell. She straight up lied to my face. I will never go back there again! Took advantage of her customer and lost a customer…
