Hi Amy Nails

I went to this Nail Salon for a manicure, and during the service the technician was very aggressive while trying to cut an ingrown nail on my toe. I was in pain when I left, and over the next four days it became much worse. The area became infected, which shows that the situation was not handled safely or properly. This was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this salon.

This is the worst job I've ever had done. The service from the technician is terrible! The girl who claims to be a manager yelled along with me when I asked for a refund the day after their work, trying to prove that it was actually my fault. The cuticle is cut, just look at the condition of the nails after the manicure. I do not recommend dealing with their service and masters who clearly discuss you in Chinese among their colleagues

It was $28 for a gel polish manicure. They had a really good deal on a mani/pedi set when I went. I highly recommend.

I like Amy ，she is very nice, the staff in the store is very good service attitude, I asked a lot of questions about nails, they were very patient to answer, and gave me advice to choose my own color! The place is clean, the music makes me relax, I love Amy Nail salon，I would choose to get my nails done again!

I came in person in the morning and they had an appointment at midday for acrylic refills & pedi with gel polish Amy was so helpful, they were very busy but she tried to find an appointment for me. Booked for 12 but got there 15 minutes early and I didn’t have to wait till 12 because they could fit me in early. Staff were very professional and respectful, and the shop is very clean. Did a great job on my nails and made sure there was minimal wait times between the pedicure & acrylics. I was shocked at the attitude and disrespect of some rude customers who came late, we’re bossy and demanding. One woman was so bad I had to tell her to stop. And the lovely Amy still tried to help her with an appointment even though she didn’t deserve it. I have a feeling some negative reviews are actually fr
