12/31/2025- A beautiful gift from my daughter just for me a wonderful personalized two hour facial treatment. I was in awe. I loved it. The technician was wonderful kind gentle the beautiful establishment was gorgeous inside beautiful products beautiful scenery beautiful display. Everybody was nice. My appointment was at 11:45 and it was two hours later that came out glowing like butter and feeling so so good. I love it. I hope to go back come down and visit this beautiful heyday skin care in Alexandra love it love it love it.

I’ve been to Heyday ALX three times now, and on my last two visits—including my most recent—I saw Natalie, who did a fantastic job with my skin. During each session, I felt we accomplished everything I had hoped for. She thoroughly cleansed and cleared my skin, leaving it glowing, and she offered helpful advice on how to maintain that glow at home. Natalie created a relaxing environment and was gentle and caring throughout the treatment. I truly look forward to coming back to help maintain my skin—thank you, Natalie! I will add that since I first started coming here, prices do seem to have increased. My facial was over $200, not including an enhancement (which I was able to use a voucher for). Really enjoyed my facial with Natalie today. The space is calm, welcoming, clean and tidy, which I appreciate. The private room was cozy, with my own blanket. Natalie created a custom facial based on my unique needs. I felt confident in her treatment and recommendations. The pricing and membership options provide a great value. I look forward to my next facial here!

I’ve been going to Yuki for my skincare, and I honestly wouldn’t trust my face with anyone else. She makes you feel comfortable the second you walk in and really takes the time to understand your skin and your concerns. She explains everything she’s doing, answers all my questions, and never makes you feel rushed. Since seeing Yuki, my skin has improved so much it looks healthier, clearer, and more balanced. I always leave my appointment feeling relaxed and confident. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results, not just getting you in and out. If you’re thinking about booking with her, do it. Yuki is amazing and absolutely worth it.

The store was calm, relaxing and aromatic. Front desk staff was professional especially Khia who recommend my esthetician Nicole when I walked in a week prior. Nicole was so knowledgeable, gentle and nice. I joined Hey Day Skincare based on my overall experience and what I learned during my session.
