Customer service horrible. If you are not going to speak when someone walk in, at least speak/acknowledge them with they walk to the register and when they get their stuff say thank you come again. Learn some Customer service skills immediately!

This is one of my favourite beauty supplies to go to. It's right by my house for it's a fast trip and essential whenever I need hair or makeup supplies. It's small, but still has every hair and accessory essential. I love how compacted and close the aisles are, and I always get help from the ladies when I am looking for an item. Prices are reasonable as well.

I should've read the reviews before coming here but the attitudes and lack of customer service is beyond comprehensive. Try at your own risk

I’ve been coming here since I moved to duncanville and the lady’s here are so sweet and welcoming. 10/10 and they always have everything I need……. literallly ! I wish they could train the lady’s from Jenny’s on customer service and how to be respectful to their customers . Love this place !!!!

The owner was so nice and patient! I love to see black girl magic and that’s certainly what she is! Keep up the good work sista!!
