I hate to leave a review like this, but I have been crying over my hair for two days. I asked for a hair cut at my shoulders, and said where I wanted it cut. I was clear I needed my hair in a pony tail or claw clip. I can’t do either of those things currently. Its going to take months for it to grow out, I’m so upset with how it turned out. I wanted length off my long hair and now I look like the girl from tangled after her hair gets cut off (I wish I was joking) Make sure you show her pictures or she will cut it way more than desired. I should have known better. She did give me a refund which is very nice but I just want my hair back and to never think about this nightmare again

Kelsey is amazing! I got my hair colored by her in September 2024 and she did an incredible job. Not only did I leave with hair that made me feel magical, but the whole experience was such a joy. Kelsey is fun, down-to-earth, and so easy to talk to; I felt totally at ease in her chair. The environment is super laid-back and welcoming, which made the appointment even better. Kelsey is the first hairstylist to give me EXACTLY what I wanted! she's super welcoming and down to earth, perfect for anyone with salon anxiety. We had a lot of fun, and she gave me the perfect mullet! I had been cutting my own hair terribly for years and didn't give her much to work with, but her talent is very clear, because she made it look effortless without taking off any length. After two months the mullet is growing out beautifully, and takes no styling effort whatsoever. I'm never going anywhere else again!
