His communication is top-tier, he always takes the time to ask what I’m looking for, clarify the details, and make sure we’re on the same page before he even picks up the clippers. What really sets Zachery apart is his attention to detail. He doesn’t rush, he doesn’t cut corners, and he genuinely cares about getting everything right. You can tell he’s passionate about his craft, he’s always asking thoughtful questions about how he can improve or what adjustments I’d like to try. As a new local resident, I've been searching for a convenient and trustworthy place to get a regular haircut. Today, I stumbled upon Heritage Barbershop and decided to give it a try. When I walked in, I could tell the place was purpose built: straightforward with no gimmicks, but a fresh design and great easy going music. Hailey (who I only later learned is the famous Bonnaroo Barber) took great care of me from the moment I walked in, offering me a beverage of my choice. Was visiting from out of town and needed a haircut and beard trim. Decided to book it and wow am I glad I did!! Melanie was amazing! Will say it was probably the beast haircut experience I’ve ever had! She was very attentive to what I wanted and executed it perfectly! Would highly recommend her services! She truly delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The fade was absolutely flawless, and she gave my boyfriend a perfect, sharp lineup on his beard with zero irritation after the shave. Her attention to detail during the consultation was impressive. The only way you won’t have a great experience here is if you don’t like good vibes or great people! I’m local and have had my haircut at a LOT of places in town and once I met Hailey and had my haircut by her my bouncing around from one spot to another stopped. She’s fantastic and I can’t recommend her, or the shop generally, highly enough.
