Heritage Barber & Style Shop

This review is not a reflection of the barbershop as a whole, but a formal complaint regarding my experience with one barber. I called the shop on Friday, January 30th, to confirm whether they would be open Saturday morning due to the weather. The barber stated that he would be there at 9:00 a.m. I arrived at approximately 9:10 a.m.; however, he did not arrive until around 9:40 a.m. Upon arriving, he chose to spend additional time casually greeting and conversing with coworkers before acknowledging me. When he finally approached, I greeted him and asked whether I was the only customer at that moment. Since he only accepts walk-ins, this was a reasonable and appropriate question. I have had 3 horrible experiences with scheduling with one of the younger barbers. He has no respect for your time. He reschedules appointments without notice or he just doesn’t show up and says ask someone in the shop to do it for you. Being a barber is more than a haircut it’s about running a business. Because of these multiple experiences, I will not be back.

It was my first time, and the gentleman in 1st chair on right greeted me. He promised a great experience. Ike cut my hair, and I'm in love. He's my new barber 😁. #Excellent

If you want geometrical shapes like squares and circles cut in your head this is the place to go. They will not even try to fix it and still charge you. Worst experience. This must be a shop where they do their friends and family good and mess over others.
