Herbal Spa Nails

If you want amazing nail art this is definitely the place to go…when you get the right person. So why the 2 stars? I’ve been coming here since I was 15 (I’m 21 now), and the salon has gone through a lot of changes. For a while, I actually avoided it and tried finding a new spot, but in recent years I started liking it again. The massages during your service are super relaxing, and most of the time my nails come out looking great. But there are some pretty big issues If you get the wrong tech, your nails can end up completely ruined. Angela is one of the only consistently good nail artists there when it comes to designs. My first visit was good but now the second time around I am disappointed. I thought I found a nail place for while I’m at school but I was wrong. All the photos and reviews show amazing designs and I came in with simple flowers and this is what I left with. Very disappointing. Regular gel manicure with flowers for $50. Inspo and my nails, the center of the flower is extremely large and the petals are not proportional. I also had a wound on my thumb that they used tools and brushes like the cuticle oil, directly on the broken skin which is not sanitary for myself or others. Edit: went in for them to be fixed and that picture is also attached. Likely will not return still

I came in really close to closing time (I honestly felt bad for showing up so late), but the ladies at Herbal Nail Spa were absolutely amazing! They welcomed me in with smiles and got to work right away, doing my hands and toes at the same time. The results? Adorable. I’ve seriously never had a set match the inspiration photo so perfectly. The attention to detail and care they put into their work blew me away. I’m 100% in love with how everything turned out.
