Michael is a master nail technician. He is very skilled, he takes his time & the finished product on my nails & toes is French Kiss. He gives thee best Pedicure Ive ever had in my 30+ years of being a Bougie Nail Girlie. Ask for Michael! He looks young but, please dont be fooled the guy is a Genius & a Gentleman.

Horrible service. I requested 3 times for the previous black acrylic to be removed (New set). After rushing for her next customer that arrived without an appointment, she presumed this would be acceptable. Manager attempted to fix it and still not presentable. Please do not waste your time or money at this location. Customer service training is needed immediately!

Horrible horrible horrible!!! I will NEVER return. I asked for my nails to be shorter and similar to last time with a design on my ring finger with thinner dip polish. I left with no nail- cuts on my cuticles, dip powder all over my fingers that they tried to take off with acetone and then it warped the polish on one finger. Oh and no design! The nail tech said she was not going to charge me and then I was charged anyway. Told the dip would come off with my hands being washed. So unacceptable. So unprofessional. I work in the service industry as a makeup artist and always make my clients happy no matter what and will re do a service if they are unhappy. Can’t believe I left with these nails. Avoid this place they are just in for the money So so disappointing

I have always driven by this place for several years, and have said I was going to give them a try, so I did. I walked in, and I wasn't greeted, but was immediately asked how I could be helped. I told the older gentleman that I would like to get a manicure. I was immediately seated as it wasn't busy at all. I looked to the left, right, and behind me and noticed the stations weren't the cleanest. I got debris on my clothing from the station next to me because he was filing a woman's pink polish off, and it was going everywhere. There was a very pungent chemical smell in there that you could sort of taste in your mouth, which was kind of overwhelming. No one smiled, nor spoke to you, which I'm not used to at the places I've been to for manicures. The technician, Hong Mai (Lily), did not talk

My friend and I didn’t quite know what we wanted but the general idea was just “We want French Tips” this is the definition of going above and beyond ‘What I asked for/wanted VS. What I got’ Lynn was my stylist and she did an OUTSTANDING job— she took care of me with VERY MINIMAL explanation as to what I wanted. Once I showed Lynn my desired style, she was on a roll. She also free-handed a design on my ring fingers which was a surprise but she did a fabulous job AND she was QUICK! I will always come to get my nails done at Herbal Nails, the customer service is amazing and funny, the talent of these nail techs and cosmetologists is out of this world.
