HERA Nails & Spa

2nd time in 4 days I had to go back for broken nails.They are way too thin but - First fix is whatever, sometimes shit happens. This 2nd fix, the nail shape is different and the color doesn’t match. It’s like they just dumped the leftover from another color into the color I previously had. I picked the same color but it is clearly different. He asked if it was ok, I said the color was off - he proceeded to apply the top coat disregarding anything I said. They just don’t take pride in their work. It’s a shame cause it’s a beautiful and clean shop. Needless to say they just lost myself and my daughter as customers. DO BETTER HERA! People work hard for their money, and time is valuable!!!!!!

I am not from town but this is the second time I’ve been to this place and they do not disappoint! Everyone is nice and friendly and clean. They do not skimp when they give you a 20 minute massage that you can choose to either do on your feet, back, or split between both. This is definitely my go to when I’m in the area. I had Amy the last time I went, and she was great!!

My friend recommended this place to me. I had a pedicure and manicure done! My nails were done so quickly! I have some nails longer than others! He didn’t file the sides, some are but other fingers are not!! I don’t mind paying 80.00 dollars but I would accept a better job!! The place is very clean, but for that kind of money I would think I would get what I asked for!!

First time here with the wife, she treated me to a pedicure. The place seemed nice, they had nice pedicure chairs that massage while they do what they do. I watched while they opened everything, the place seemed very clean. The tech was good I didn’t have any issues with her. Over all it was a good 1st time experience.

This place is fantastic and very clean with great staff. I highly recommend this place that has an open and very aesthetic ambience⭐️
