My husband bought a hair unit and it is not the correct fit. It looks bad .He has called the woman who sold it several times , I believe is one of the owners, and she is not available. The hair piece cost over $700 so we are very upset and disgusted with their lack of professionalism and fairness.

I’ve always wanted to wear wigs for fun. I had purchased a wig here some time ago but never wore it because it was too voluminous. Yesterday, I stopped by to ask for help on how to put on this wig. The staff greeted me and were so kind to assist me. I mentioned that the wig’s hair was too long and staff immediately said they could cut and shape it to my liking. Ms. Claudia (hair stylist) came out to greet me as well. She asked me how I’d like my wig’s haircut and even gave me extra tips on different styles. Her expertise advice spoke volumes for her passion; this wasn’t work, this was fun for her! She made me feel extra special throughout our session. I never asked who was the owner till I was getting ready to leave. Surprisingly, she humbly stated her father had owned it and the business

I’ve been going here for years, ever since I moved to the valley. It’s great! I love this store, they are so kind, helpful, and KNOWLEDGEABLE! Great people. The owners are brother and sister and they really seem to care about their customers/clients. It’s been a family owned business for generations but you can tell they love and are proud of what they do. I hope it remains this way and continues to stay in the family for generations to come. You don’t see that as much anymore…. Thank you for what you both do. You’ve helped me in so many ways on numerous occasions! From answering my 10 million questions and cutting my wig, to coloring one of my wigs when I had turned it ashy green! You guys are in the business of selling wigs and you have some of the best wigs in the market maybe

Took my Mom who has thinning hair due to her age. We had the best service they have a wide selection of wigs prices were very reasonable. Not cheap looking very good quality. The service was awesome they fitted my Mom with her first wig they told her all about the product how to maintain and keep it clean. We were very happy with the result I highly recommend this place if your interested in wigs toppers extensions hair pieces and hair products. Excellent service.
