ZERO STARS!!!!! This place used to be good when the old management was there. They did my henna yesterday for $40+ 4/9/24. I was excited for my henna. The two henna ladies didn’t even know how to do my henna at all. My henna lady was so slow, shaking and gave me totally different henna than to the henna image I chose. Today is eid 4/10/24. When I woke up, my henna was almost completely gone. This new management sucks. Don’t waste your money. Get your henna from elsewhere.

Worst experience ever. Highly unprofessional lady. Untrained staff.. They don't have staff just a lazy girl who even don't know how to warm the wax before applying. Burnt my skin and charge more than 50 dollars.

If I could give zero stars I would. My sister and I came here to get our eyebrows done two days ago. the people were very rude and aggressive when doing our eyebrows. I’ve never in my life had my skin bruised from getting my eyebrows done. The lady tried to say that “my skin was dry” which had absolutely nothing to do with how rough she was. My face was red when she finished and I’m a brown skinned girl. To top it off she did a horrible job on my eyebrows. It’s like she wasn’t even looking when she was doing them. Just shaped them whichever way she felt like it. I literally had to go get an eyebrow pencil to fill in all the spots she messed up. I’ll never come back to this place again. Horrible service and horrible people.

I went here for the first time after not having my eyebrows threaded for 2 months. Usually when this happens, it always hurt getting them threaded when they're bushy. However, today I was surprised that they threaded my eyebrows so quickly and painless! I'll definitely be back and also join their membership! 100% recommend!
