I had a positive experience with my waxing session. Shamcka was very friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. She shared some really helpful tips for aftercare. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

We had a bad experience today, we always get threading and wax done. Its always nice experience however today was different, the lady helping with wax yelled at other co- worker complaining about wax not being hot. I walked in so I could have waited, but making it so awkward for everyone at that place and animosity during my service was wrong. Also she left lot of spots, made it very difficult for other co-worker helping. Aman does it for me, may times Seema ji nice. But today it was a different lady who ruined the entire experience. Also charged differently than usual. Price can increase which is understandable but it can go from 87 to 97 how does it go 105? Not happy at all.

I honestly never leave reviews but this was terrible. I asked her to just clean my eyebrows and she did the first one and it looked great. She then did my second eyebrow and threaded it MUCH MUCH shorter than the first so I have one eyebrow of regular length while the other looks like it missing the whole end. She tried to tell me I came in like that and that she didn’t do anything wrong until her colleague came over and told me she was so sorry and that I could always “fill it in with a pencil.” Horrible!!!

This place is absolutely horrible. I have been visiting for years and the only time I come back happy is when I have to tell who ever is threading to fix something a few times. I have symmetrical eyebrows and every time I go here, the older lady who threads my eyebrows messes them up. Leaves half the hair in places that shouldn't be AND she always takes a chunk of hair out of my eyebrows. The lady that does know how to thread properly couldn't even be bothered to answer. I got henna done them from them as well, they charged me $40 instead of the posted price of $35 and the henna didn't even turn my hair off white, let alone orange/red. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Have been going for at least 15 years and my mom used to before I was even able to. I moved and can’t find anyone to thread my eyebrows as quickly, affordable and well done as here. I miss you ladies will be back ASAP! 😢
