I love getting my eyebrows threaded at Hena Beauty Services. The owner is very sweet and friendly. I noticed that some recent reviews complained about inconsistent hours. However, I know that the owner has a young daughter and I could only imagine how difficult it must be when juggling your own responsibilities. I'm not saying that this is the reason for the schedule changes, but everyone deserves compassion and understanding. It may be best to just call in advance to confirm that the salon is open before you arrive.

I've been going to Hena's for the past two years, and they ALWAYS thread my eyebrows and wax my face amazingly. The two girls are very skilled at what they do, and they are quick without compromising quality. Their threading service is on par, if not better, than the ones I used to use in Queens! Every time I have gone, I haven't had an issue with them not being open and such - but I don't typically go right when they open. If you are worried with what their hours are, since a few reviews here knock them on not being open, I would recommend asking the girls what their hours are, since sometimes it does change, and the changes are not posted on Google.

I called before going there to make sure she takes walk ins and this google pages says her salon is open till 7pm but when I got there around 6pm I saw her leaving. It would be better if she leaves a note if she’s leaving early or change the salon hours on the internet. Piece of advise - PLEASE UPDATE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS! This could hurt you in the long run if you get people frustrated if people come to your place from long distances. Just like it happened to me! I saw another person who came with me was very confused to see the place closed. Anyway, I went there the next day and she did my eyebrows and it was perfect. No long wait times even on very crowded days. Other threading places always mess up my eyebrows but this place is great. I’m very satisfied with my eyebrows. I think I final

Really good skills when it comes to doing eyebrows but she’s never open on time. Every single time I come I have to wait until 12:30-1245 for her to open and her google hours say 12-6pm. It’s now 12:48 and she’s still closed. I now have to leave and go else where because I can’t wait around all day which sucks because you can’t trust just anyone with your eyebrows

In terms of threading the owner does a great job, she doesn't thin them out too much and shapes them nicely. The price is also fair ($11 for eyebrow threading). However I had to leave a 2 because on two occasion the store was closed when it was supposed to be open. Once was around 45 minutes before closing time and today it was much worse. I came here at 11:06AM and waited until now, 12:14PM however the owner is still not here. I called several times, but no one picked up. Now there are also several other customers waiting with me. This is unacceptable. This place is a 35min drive for me, and I had to cancel a meeting today as I was still waiting for the store to open. My entire schedule for the day is now ruined and I have no idea when this store will even open. Please follow store hour
