Helly is truly one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever experienced. She has an incredible ability to pinpoint exactly what’s hurting and knows exactly how to fix it. Every session feels intentional and genuinely therapeutic. Not just relaxing, but actually effective. As a service provider myself, my body takes a lot of strain, and after seeing Helly I feel rejuvenated, refreshed, and ready to go right back to work. The difference is immediate! Her add-on services are amazing and elevate the entire experience even more. I honestly wouldn’t trade her for anyone else. If you’re looking for real results and a therapist who truly knows what she’s doing, Helly is it.

My first massage experience with Helly was nice. She asked what I was looking for and listened to my needs before starting. She then curated a session that was perfect for me. She targeted areas and adjusted pressure and force to accommodate my personal needs. Everything was perfect and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I would highly recommend Helly for all massage and stretch needs, and especially for first time massage clients.

Helly is the only person who's helped my chronic pain ease up between car accidents and joint issues. I've never had any luck with anyone else comparatively. She's warm, welcoming, inclusive and accommodating. The space she has created is very comfortable. She's the only person I will go to moving forward. 🧡

I came to helly after I won a giveaway that included a massage with her. I was going through a tough time and we decided her headspace massage would be best for me. It was the most relaxed I have ever been. Released tension I had been holding for a long time. 10/10 best massage I’ve ever had and I cannot wait to come back to see her again :)

She truly takes pride in what she does and really listens to what you have going on to tailor each and every service to your needs in that moment.
