I got the 1st time client deal. Angelica was great! She was nice, personable, and moved quickly yet thoroughly. What I greatly appreciated was her adjustable table/bed that lifted and lowered. (The places I’ve gone typically have a step stool to get onto the table). She was also accepting of my 4month old being with me and even helped him with his bottle a time or two while providing service. 10/10

I had a horrible experience. I just moved to Charlotte not even a full month and had to find someone new to wax my eyebrows. I’ve been going to the same lady since 2021 back in my hometown so i was already nervous about finding someone else. My appointment was on Feb 3 2026 which was for my birthday. Anyway the esthetician herself was nice but the skin was ripped off my face. I feel like she knew something happened by the questions she was asking and the after care instructions. It didn’t really show until the next day but I called and spoke with the customer service line and sent pics and everything. They said they would call after getting a response from management but no one called, emailed or anything not even an apology. I had to have a big behind scar on my eye for by birthday very d

She was super nice. However this experience was the most painful waxing experience I ever had in my life. She applied wax to what felt like 3 areas at the same time… which is a big no no because the first strip she applied was too dry and the wax hardened and stuck to my skin…. I have never broken out so bad before in my life…. The hair was not removed from the root which caused severe itching as if I had shaved with a cheap razor and no shaving cream…I have so many ingrown hairs that have blister bumps…. Terrible experience. She has potential just needs a little bit more training.

Great atmosphere. Angelica did a great job. She talked to me throughout the sugaring process. This was my 1st time getting sugared instead of waxed and she made it awesome for me.

I had such a great first experience with Angelica at this location! She was professional and friendly, and she made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. The space was clean and welcoming, and the service was quick yet thorough. I really appreciated her attention to detail and how smooth the results turned out. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled and caring wax specialist
