My first time at Hello Sugar and had a Brazilian and full stomach wax. Cassidy did a great and efficient job! She is very personable and professional. She used the sugar wax and it was less painful than regular wax with no lingering pain afterwards. She also brought to my attention and applied a new client promotion credit. Jade was so sweet and fast!! I hadn’t been waxed in a while and was very nervous, but Jade walked me through it and assured me that I could go at my own pace, can’t wait for my next appointment!!

Awesome staff. Professional and friendly. They are happy to discuss concerns and recommendations. I've never been disappointed in my results. Their landlord needs to fix their hall floor though but that's not on the staff.
