Was very excited to try sugaring since I have been waxing for over a decade. Thank you Hello Sugar for introducing me to sugaring. The process was fine, and my skin was nice a smooth. However, will not be returning because I felt like Nicole was a bit cold. Said maybe two words and seemed annoyed when I asked questions. Questions that were plausible since it was my first time. I have found another sugaring place that I love. Again, thanks Hello Sugar for the introduction to this wonderful hair removal process.

I had my underarm and Brazilian sugar wax done with Nicole at Hello Sugar, and she was AMAZING. So gentle, so informative, and she made the whole experience feel comfortable from start to finish. She explained everything, checked in on me throughout the service, and delivered such smooth, flawless results. I had such a great experience that I ended up signing up for the membership on the spot! If you’re looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and takes great care of you, Nicole is the one. 100% recommend. 💛✨

They canceled my appointment the morning of after apparently trying to reach me; however, I had already planned my day and was out in an area without service. I eventually received a text message and tried to reschedule as that was provided as an option and then they said they couldn't do that because of a medication on my list that I do not use regularly. They have not updated their store hours and google maps and it says they're closed on Tuesdays but I decided to go in anyways just to check and ask why the appointment was canceled. They were open and Nicole seemed annoyed and curt with me even after we discussed that I wasn't currently using the medication. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because she went ahead with the treatment and was informative only during the waxing. Before when

I wish I could give 0 stars. I went to this place once, and it was one of the worst waxing experiences I’ve ever had. I left with my skin bright red, burning, and in obvious distress. I’ve been waxing for over 10 years—I know what normal irritation looks like, and this was absolutely not normal. Two days later, my skin was still burning and red, so I called them. Instead of taking responsibility or showing any concern, they brushed it off and told me it was “normal.” That’s completely unacceptable. I’ve tried countless wax products over the years and have never had a reaction like this. My skin kept getting worse. It peeled, it was painful, and it took almost a full month to heal. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed warmly and treated with genuine care. The esthetician was incredibly professional, patient, and attentive to every detail. She explained the process clearly, checked in often to make sure I was comfortable, and worked with both speed and precision.
