Alyssa was phenomenal. As a first time Brazilian waxer… I was a bit nervous and we shared some laughs that were mutual. She was very thoughtful and checked in with me throughout the entire process ensuring I was ok. My brows are prefect and just the right shade that we discussed. Will be returning happily at my next scheduled appointment.

I was able to call and book the appointment for the same day. The waxing was not painful like other places. The one thing I would have liked was a little towel or something to cover up with for when door opens. Alexandria was amazing! She made me very comfortable.

Brought my daughter for lip hair removal. We get in the car to realize that hair is still on her lips. Very simple procedure... We had to wait 20 or do minutes to get it corrected. Next time, we will wait to bring her home to get it done correctly. We tried this place thinking surely you can get this wrong. We will stick with the company that we know for now on.

Everything was great, beginning to end! It was clean, organized and welcoming! Alyssa was wonderful! She explained everything and was very engaged in conversation.

Alexandria did a great job on my eyebrows! She was very meticulous and precise, and listened to what I wanted. I don’t get waxed frequently because I’ve had bad experiences in the past, but I was very happy with my experience and will definitely be back!
