Hello Nail & Spa

Got my nails done here yesterday I have never been sent out of a salon with my nails looking so bad normally near the cuticle. It looks clean and there’s no gap these look like grown out two week old nails not only that she cut me so many times with a file drill that was not clean. My nails burn so badly! My pedicure at the bottom of my feet weren’t even scrubbed they soaked and freezing cold water. I asked her to make it hot and she told me to put my feet in the middle of the tub that definitely was not the answer.

Really disappointed, I’ve been going to this nail salon for YEARS Nick does a great job on my nails and always has I’ve followed him from different salons for 15 years now I schedule my appointments every time a day sometimes 2 days in advance last month I waited over an HOUR there after my appointment time an this time 35 mins before I just got up an left he was barely starting someone else’s nails. Seems like appointments don’t matter anymore as they took a walk in client before asking me if I wouldn’t mind to get them done from someone else in the salon.

I love, love, love Hello Nail!! Been going here forever and they never disappoint. Very quick, beautiful and clean, and the technicians are the best. Highly recommend Hannah she always does great acrylics.

This was my second time getting my nails done here. It's clean, visually pleasing, and has a nice atmosphere. I don't normally get my nails done due to being a chronic nail biter and my finger tips being very sensitive, but Ken (I believe that was his name) was gentle and didn't grind or poke too much. I'll admit having long nails is very weird for me but these are just too cute and such a confidence booster!
