Really disappointed. I scheduled a hair appointment and was cancelled on by the stylist through text message 3 hours before my appointment time. I was told no one else was available to help me and I have yet to receive a phone call back after leaving a voicemail 4 days ago. My appointment was for a 45 minute haircut I needed for a photoshoot the next day. I originally wanted to book with the most expensive stylist as I want a good haircut not a cheap one, but she wasn’t available so I went with the next highest. I find it crazy that they require you to put your card on file to book and require a 48 hour notice for their cancellation policy but what do I get for being cancelled on 3 hours before? Brooke is the best!! She takes the time to listen to my hair concerns in the consultations and gives me a cut and color I’m always happy with. My hair can be tricky to work with and manage. She knows how to blend my pesky baby hairs and work around my cowlicks! And she always gives me great tips for styling and care at home :)

She gives advice on what she think might look good while respecting your desires for your hair. The whole team at Hello Lovely is welcoming, kind, and amazing at what they do. Amy does a amazing job on my hair. I love a high and tight fade with it longer on the top. She is super fun and sweet I always look forward to next next appointment.
