Hello Gorgeous Salon & Spa

I went in today to get my hair lavender. I showed them this picture as reference and even did a strand test beforehand, which they said turned out great. I go in today and they make my hair a deep purple, which looks nothing like what I asked for. I would understand if they told me they couldn't do it but that's the thing, they said they could. And then after it was all done, I told them I was unhappy and it looked nothing like the picture. They responded with, "the bleach process came out uneven." Then why not tell me that when you found out? The whole time I was made to believe I would be getting lavender and then they show me this deep purple that I did not ask for. On top of that, charged me $70 more than the original quote with no explanation. Never going back here, so unprofessional.

Me, my mom, and sister got manicures and pedicures here before my wedding and had a great experience. The nail techs were so friendly and did a beautiful job. We loved that the nail salon area is tucked away from the main salon in its own large, private room. It felt peaceful and relaxing while we got ready for the big day. The prices were reasonable as well. Highly recommend for getting your nails done and for wedding prep or special occasions!

I highly recommend Rachel to everyone! She has been doing my hair for over four years now and I love her so much! She has been a part of every major life event of mine and hair transformation you can imagine (i.e. blonde, balayage, dark brunette, etc). Not only is she incredibly patient and understanding of my need to change constantly, but she is so talented and always goes above and beyond for her clients. I always look forward to our sessions, she is so funny, relatable, and down to earth. 10/10 experience at Hello Gorgeous in Deptford, book with Rachel, she is seriously the BEST!

My stylist at another salon moved and I had to find a new person I could trust with not only my hair, but my kids. Hello Gorgeous was recommended by quite a few of my friends. I have been here twice, and so far everyone has been super nice and welcoming. I absolutely love my new added low lights. My daughter is not fond of new people, and was weary in the beginning but was quick to wave bye and smile upon leaving. The added bonus is that majority of the employees here have been working there for many years, which is a miracle on its own. They have gained a new client and the added bonus for me, is that this salon is a lot closer to home than my last.
