Hello gorgeous salon

Having been a stylist, i only go to a salon maybe every 5 years when I want to be pampered. I can't keep a regular stylist. This place is less than 3 miles from my home, made an appointment with Syndi. It was the strangest experience I've ever had in a salon! She barely spoke at all. I wrote it off because it's so rare that I see a stylist. Well, thank goodness I have curly hair and can easily hide the uneven cut. I'll have to fix it before wearing it straight. There are pieces that weren't cut at all. I pointed out a cowlick and instructed to leave it longer, it's almost 2 inches shorter in that spot. The ladies are awesome and are very experienced.

Lori was my hairdresser and she was nice. My issue with the experience was that it was so rushed and when I asked for a spiral perm (I said it 3 times) and was just trying to find the picture I had previously found on the internet. She just seemed to go into autopilot and did a regular perm. Also, after a few days I messaged Lori to let her know that some of the perm didn't take and that i had initially asked for a spiral and she never replied to try to make it better for me. I tipped her because she was a nice older lady but I didn't like that the service was rushed and once she was done, she had no cares once I left the salon.
