Very good store all the staff is polite and they have a large variety of products. They also gave a small Christmas gift to customers which I thought was nice

Upon visiting the establishment, I encountered an incredibly discourteous manager. She rudely announced we had "2 minutes" and repeatedly shouted "1 minute" following that. Additionally, she insisted they were only accepting card payments without any clear reason. It was perplexing why she would allow us in if they were about to close.we ended up leaving and not getting anything as she was so rude. Given our purpose was a simple tint service, the experience was unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional. This is not an isolated incident; my sister experienced similar treatment. Her lack of basic customer service skills and poor attitude are concerning. Rest assured, I will be spreading word among family and friends to avoid this place due to the unacceptable service.

My sister was looking for a ponytail that would actually work for her since she has very little hair and most wrap-around ponytails slip off. At this store, she tried on several styles curly, straight, and even colors she didn’t love until she finally found one that worked. The employee helping us handed us the one to purchase, and we trusted it was correct. When my sister got home and checked it, she realized it was nothing like the one she had tried on. We immediately called the store and spoke with Katherine at the front desk, who told us it would be accepted for return. When we went back, however, the manager refused to take it back, saying it couldn’t be returned since it was opened even though there was no way to know it was wrong without opening it. If I could give less than one star I would the manager is rude and unhelpful I purchased a horrible quality wig from this store as a treat to myself and it can’t be curled it won’t take product and I was refused compensation or basic store credit due to policy which I am understanding of but in cases where YOUR product is cheap a customer should be compensated or helped just because of basic customer service I will never shop here again and I urge anyone else who wears wigs even if you try them on in store sometimes the wigs on the mannequin look better than what you purchase and you will not be compensated or even given basic kindness or customer service I typically shop for wigs on Jamaica Ave but due to my chronic illness and limited mobility it’s difficult to travel you would think aft

I visit the Steinway Store and asked for a nail fungus treatment in Spanish bc that's the language they speak. She pointed to this product. I asked again, you sure this is for fungus? It was just starting and I desire to fix it like I did once before. Instead, she said I had to remove the entire nail. The recommendation sound brutal. Turns out she sold me a nail hardener. When i return, she swore it took care of fungus. You be the judge?
